Kerala Memoirs- 4 days in God's own country
There r certain experiences which leave an indelible impression in our minds. This trip to Kerala was one such experience. Went there for a client counselling competition.
As far as the competition goes we got eliminated in the first round itself. But we were very satisfied with our performace and thought that we deserved to be in the next round. It was just a little unfortunate that we got a chamber in which the judges were awarding relatively low marks to the teams. Only one team from our chamber i.e. Symbiosis, Pune got through to the next round and that was the team that won the competition. So we'd the satisfaction that there was just one team which was better than us and that was the best team . Even in the feedback session at the end of the competition some teams echoed the same feeling that there was some disparity in awarding marks in d different chambers. But it does happen in life and the good thing was that we were happy with our performance. We would hv been dissappointed if we'd performed badly and lost but we know that we were at par with d best teams. Though recognition of ur efforts is always important but wat matters more is wat impression u hv of urself and considering d little amt of time that we got 4 preparation and striking a chord wid each other i would say that we were rather proud of our performance.

Another positive thing that i can tk back is that i met two really nice people through this competition, my teammates, Aneesh or Aneesh Da as we fondly call him & Kalpana. These two r like two extreme ends of this planet, u can call them North Pole & South Pole. Aneesh is very serious, intellectual, doesnt like to talk much. Kalpana is very bubbly and u hv to coax her to stop talking once she starts but she can also suddenly surprise u wid her wisdom. I would call her a strange combination of innocence and maturity. But the common thing between them is that they r both very nice at heart.
Gotta go rt now but there wil definitely b a sequel to this blog cos there's a lot more to say.
